Format requirements

| One file | A single self-contained PDF: application form, CV, report, appendices, CPD. |
| Page size | A4, with A3 suitable for drawings where required. |
| File size | No larger than 15 MB. |
| Filename | Must include your ICE member number, initials and surname — ICE gives the pattern 62200093_J.B.BLOGGS. |
| Typography | An appropriate font and text size; printable and legible. |
| If you exceed the limits | The application is rejected and returned to you for editing, which can affect the timing of a later Professional Review or End Point Assessment application. |
